We also created a large opening in the exterior brick wall to install a sleek, modern California-style metal patio door alongside a matching window. The exterior was finished with durable white PVC trim and James Hardie fiber cement siding for a clean, contemporary look.

As part of the renovation, we removed the outdated electrical panel and upgraded the electrical system to support new, energy-efficient light fixtures.
We also replaced the old plumbing system, installing brand-new plumbing and gas lines for a high-efficiency water heater, a state-of-the-art HVAC system, a modern kitchen, and two updated bathrooms.
