What we did
  • Turned this forgotten space into a modern basement.
  • Framed new exterior and interior walls to create layout with enough storage, home gym, playroom, bathroom and bonus room.
  • Used only completely waterproof, mold-resistant materials that are designed specifically for basements.
  • Sprayed foam all exterior walls. Spray foam offers several benefits including additional structural stability and great vapor barrier. It easily covers pipes, wires and other utilities and it provides exception R values.
  • Installed moisture resistant drywall everywhere.
  • Wired for new electrical connections.
  • Installed new recessed lights to bring more light to the new finished basement.
  • Provided new plumbing connections for new bathroom with walk-in shower, new electrical washer and dryer and wet sink.
  • Installed moisture-resistant engineer flooring, which is great choice if your basement floor gets a lot of foot traffic.
  • Painted the walls and ceiling in light colors.
  • Installed new white doors, trims and baseboards.
  • Finished the stairway to the basement.
