Two Car Garage With Mudroom, Reading, MA

A garage is a key part of many homes. Providing storage space for cars, gardening supplies, tools, sports equipment, bikes and more, the right garage can be an essential part of a home. With an attached garage, it's much easier to get pets, kids, and groceries inside, providing seamless access to interior living space.

We started this 24×24 two car attached garage with mudroom from scratch.

  • We created architectural and structural drawings.
  • We excavated and poured new foundation footings, walls and concrete slab.
  • We framed new garage structure with wood studs.
  • We installed new sheathing ZYP system sheathing
  • We installed insulated double hung windows, fire resistant exterior doors.
  • We installed insulated double hung windows, fire resistant exterior doors.
  • We created beautiful mud room with direct access to the garage and back yard through French door. For heating purposes we installed electrical heater.
  • We installed exterior lights with motion detector.
  • We installed R&R bleached cedar shingle to finished the facade of this gorgeous garage.
