  • Demo existing floors, bathroom finishes, kitchen cabinets.
  • Widening the openings between kitchen and living room and kitchen and dining room
  • Closed one of the windows and install patio door for direct access to the back yard
  • Reframe to enlarge one of the windows
  • Install new plumbing fixtures, tiles and bathroom accessories in two bathrooms and one half bath
  • Re-finsish the area around the existing fireplace. Install new tiles and trims
  • Install new prefinished hardwood floors. Install new baseboards and crown molding.
  • Create walk-in closet space with new walls and custom made racks for clothes
  • Utilize the area between walls and sloped ceiling for extra storage area. Install two custom doors for access.

  • Remove existing carpet and re-finish the stairs with new treads and pine prime risers.

  • Skim coat all ceilings for more modern look
