  • Frame new opening and install new window above the kitchen sink 
  • Reinforce the whole structure of the house from the basement to the second floor.
  • Pour new footings and install additional lally columns in the basement for more support
  • Install new insulation in all exterior walls to minimize thermal bridging and reducing heat loss.
  • New sheetrock and plaster of all walls and ceilings
  • Install brand new electrical wiring for recessed lights, GFCI outlets and dimmable switches
  • Install new gas and plumbing connections with new main stack
  • Install new tankless water heater and HVAC system with NEST thermostat.
  • Install beautiful wide plank floors in warm custom brown color.

  • We install new modern interior doors finished in fresh white color.
  • Finish the new powder room and master bathroom on the second floor with Kohler plumbing fixtures, Robern uplift recessed medicine cabinets and stunning accent wall with custom-made tiles in sea blue color.  The master bathroom also features tub with bench and integrated niche.
  • The final touch of this home was the stunning white Scavolini kitchen cabinets with glass doors, trendy light countertop and stainless-steel appliances.
