Our customers wanted to convert their unfinished basement into entertainment bar area to socialize with their friends and to have additional space for family gatherings and parties. So based on their ideas and imagination we created a basement with a unique twist and spirit where you could find everything that you need. In this gorgeous basement remodel you have open concept playroom area with bar and pool table for family and guests, home gym with interior trampoline for the kids, unfinished storage, office and even an extra room with bathroom to host visitors.

What we did
  • Frame exterior and interior walls to create  layout with bathroom, mechanical room, huge playroom/TV room, storage, office and home gym/playroom for the kids
  • Install insulation on all exterior and interior walls for soundproofing, reducing energy costs and to prevent moisture condensation
  • Install moisture-resistant drywall on all walls and ceilings. Plaster.
  • Wire for new electrical connections and install new recessed lights and pendant lights to bring more light in the finished basement
  • Install new plumbing connections for the new bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink
  • Create custom doors for the odd spaces under the stairs
  • Install new doors and baseboard trims.
  • Finish with rubber floor playroom/ home gym area
  • Wrap all the columns
  • Install new flooring suitable for finished basement
  • Paint the walls, doors and baseboards in bright colors to create playful and artistic design in this unique basement remodel
