  • Demo existing deck
  • Install New footings and pour new foundation with storage area under the deck
  • Frame new deck structure with stairs
  • Create seamless custom door for dog
  • Paint manually all balusters, trims and doors
  • Install custom trims and crown molding
  • Install gutters and downspouts
  • Install AZEK deck boards
  • TREX RainEscape under-deck drainage system for waterproofing first and second floor
