2. PROJECT ESTIMATE AND SCOPE DISCUSSION

After our initial consultation and site visit, we provide a general project estimate based on your goals, the size of the job, and the overall scope of work. This gives you a clear picture of what your investment might look like and sets the foundation for the next steps.

3. PLANNING, CONTRACT SIGNING AND PERMITTING

We’ll sit down with you to review the home improvement contract in detail, ensuring that every aspect is clearly explained and understood before moving forward. The contract outlines the full scope of work, payment schedule, and all essential terms and conditions designed to protect both you and our team. Once everything is agreed upon and the contract is signed, your project officially goes on the schedule—and the real excitement begins.

From there, we take care of all the necessary behind-the-scenes work to keep things moving smoothly. This includes securing the appropriate building permits, coordinating with local building departments, and ensuring full compliance with local building codes and regulations. Our team manages every administrative detail so you don’t have to worry about a thing. This critical step lays the groundwork for a successful build and helps ensure that your remodel project stays on track, on time, and within budget.

4. PRE-CONSTRUCTION PREPARATION

Before construction begins on your custom home or remodeling project, our team carefully prepares every detail to ensure a smooth and efficient build. We coordinate with subcontractors, finalize your construction schedule, and order all necessary building materials to avoid delays.

As part of our pre-construction process, we also prepare the site—this may include demolition, clearing, grading, or installing safety barriers as needed. Our project managers establish clear communication channels so you always know who to contact and what to expect at each stage.

We believe that successful residential construction starts with thorough planning. By the time we break ground, every element is in place to ensure the construction phase runs on time and within budget.

5. CONSTRUCTION & ON-SITE MANAGEMENT

6. FINAL WALKTHROUGH AND PROJECT WRAP-UP

When your custom home build or home remodeling project is complete, we schedule a final walkthrough to ensure every detail meets your expectations. During this walkthrough, we carefully inspect the work and address any remaining items on the punch list, such as minor fixes or touch-ups, which we take care of promptly.

You’ll receive a complete handover package that includes warranties, care instructions, and any manuals for appliances or systems. Our job isn’t finished until you’re 100% satisfied with your custom home or remodeling project. Even after the project is complete, we remain available for support and future work, always just a phone call away.
