Our customers also needed more space for their family We created an additional building structure and integrated it with the rest of the home with minimal disruption, increasing the footprint of their home by extending the house’s perimeter outward. Now they have 2 new bedrooms with walk –in closets and new garage on the bottom.

- Based on architectural drawings we excavated and poured new foundation footings, walls and concrete slab.
- We framed new structure for the two story addition with garage. We attached the new addition to the existing house structure.
- We installed new ZYP system sheathing, insulated double hung windows and fire resistant exterior doors, new gutters and downspouts
- We installed new garage door with remote control opening system.
- We built new stair for direct access to the back yard and new stair for new bedrooms. .
- We installed new insulation in all exterior walls to minimize thermal bridging and reducing heat loss.
- We covered all walls and ceilings with blueboard and plastered them.
- We installed new electrical wiring for the new bedrooms and new fire alarm system.
- For heat we installed two new baseboard heaters and connect them to existing system.
- We installed new natural oak solid hardwood flooring in the bedrooms and hallway.
- We installed new vinyl siding in classic yellow color to match existing one.
- We installed white color windows and doors.
