  • Full gut out of the space
  • Run new plumbing and gas connections for new kitchen, new water heater and half bath. New outside water pipes and crane.
  • Install new electrical connections. Install new low voltage cables for TV and Internet
  • Frame new interior walls in order to create ADA half bath, kitchen and storage area
  • Install new insulation and sheetrock.
  • Create new soffits and plaster.
  • Install new exterior door and ramp for ADA access.
  • Create handcrafted door, same style as countertop.
  • Supply and install 12 GA stainless steel countertop
  • Create handcrafted bar height countertop cherry with satin finish
  • Create handcrafted bench with backrest frame with cherry boards
  • Create handcrafted wood structure for the sign outside
  • Create handcrafted wood structure for the trash area
  • Create handcrafted window bar from real wood and metal plumbing pipes.

  • Install new hardwood floors in natural color
  • Install new HVAC system
  • Install custom doors and bars
  • Install custom made stair on the wall
