- On the first floor we removed the wall between the kitchen and living room and exposed part of the brick wall.
- We created large opening in the exterior brick wall on the first floor in order to install modern California style metal patio door and window nexto to it. We finished the door outside with white PVC trim and James Hardie cement siding.
- We removed the old electrical panel an install new electrical connections for new light fixtures.
- We removed the old plumbing pipes and we installed new plumbing and gas connections for new water heater, new HVAC system, kitchen and two bathrooms.
- For installed new HVAC system with NEST thermostat.
- We installed new hardwood flooring in the living/dining area and bedrooms.
- We paint in dark color all trims, doors, stairs and floors creating strong accent through the house.
- We installed new pavers in the back yard.
- On the first floor we transformed existing outdated bathroom with tub into remarkable contemporary bathroom.
- On the second floor we transformed one of the bedrooms into spacious master bathroom with dual shower area and amazing tile pattern on the floor.
- The espresso kitchen cabinets, earthy pine green walls with unique art, neutral grey tiles on the floor, dark floors in the rest of the area are defining for this amazing, boutique home.
